Dr Sarah Khan

Dr Sarah Khan qualified from the University Of Sheffield in 1996 and completed her training in Medical Oncology at Nottingham University Hospital in 2006. She was a clinical research fellow at the University Of Nottingham completing a DM in 2000 and MSc Oncology in 2004 and is a fellow of the Royal College of Physicians. After completing her higher specialist training in medical oncology she was appointed Consultant Oncologist at Nottingham University Hospital NHS Trust in January 2010.

Additional to clinical work, Dr Khan is also an Assistant Professor in Medical Oncology at Nottingham University NHS Trust, Training Programme Director for Medical Oncology and Regional Specialty Advisor for Medical Oncology for Royal College of Physicians. Dr Khan is also active in clinical research trials and recruitment of patients for both Breast and Lung cancer, with a large portfolio of trials at the Nottingham University Hospitals NNHS Trust as Chief Investigator and Principle Investigator including cutting edge drugs and treatment options across phase 1, 2 and 3 trials.
